Très bel établissement avec peu de chambres. Vous avez parfois l\'impression d\'être seul occupant, tellement l\'espace est bien agencé. Son personnel est entièrement dévoué à votre bien être, toujours souriant. Attention tout de même, cet hôtel est à l\'écart des circuits touristiques et son accès est un peu compliqué si vous y allez par vos propres moyens. Idéal pour se reposer

Outstanding My husband and I spent seven glorious nights at this beautiful villa. The moment we arrived to the villa, we immediately felt the serenity, calmness and healing from the greenery landscape and the breeze from the ocean. Our room is the Abian, a large room with private outdoor pool and outdoor shower. Indoor separate shower, double vanity, full size hot tub with a view to a private garden and a huge walk-in closet. This place is beautiful and very nicely landscaped. I loved the view from our bed, and the greenery surrounding the villa. Ms. Nova is truly an asset to the Shanti. Her level of customer service is outstanding. She asked about our agenda in Bali, and recommended to us to a very good driver who we hired for six straight days to take us to various must-see destinations in Bali. One day, to beat traffics, we had to leave the Villa at 6am for Jatiluwih Rice Terrance. Ms. Nova offered to pack us breakfast on the go. What a thoughtful person. She took care our laundry, served us dinner and breakfast on her duty days . The staff were very friendly and smiled every time they saw us. I brought some mangosteen back from the market, Koma was so kind to wash them, put mangosteen in a fruit bowl and brought it to our room. One thing stood out, their service. The staff wanted to make sure we had a great experience while staying at the Villa. I am an early riser, I want fresh coffee in my room at 6am in addition to coffee with breakfast at 8:30 by the pool, and they delivered. True to its name, The Shanti Residence, you’ll get the vibe of a home stay at the Villa. Its intimate setting and the service is personable. e.g. sitting by the pool, sipping coffee while staff preparing breakfast in the kitchen. The entire villa is so quiet. The only sound you hear is birds chirping and the leafs dropping on the wooden decks. We enjoyed our Bali trip, we enjoyed our stay at The Shanti Residence. It was magical. I highly recommend the Shanti. I hope the road condition to the Villa will improve when we come back next time.

Outstanding We had the most amazing time at this villa, exceeded all expectations. Incredible staff, they are so friendly and welcoming, cooking amazing meals and keeping the place super clean and tidy. The view from the main pool area is so beautiful, and feels private and peaceful.

Access to the hotel passes through narrow potholes, spacious rooms with private pools, but unfortunately the bathroom is not equipped with sunblast glass so that when bathing can be seen by officers passing by, even though it has been informed if no one passes at certain hours but still just not comfortable (until finally I blur the glass walls of the shower room using tissue that I wet), the breakfast was delicious but the menu was just boring (I suggest giving variations every day for the food menu), the service did not use receptionist but butler, very responsive and willing to take the extra miles for us, I'm personally very satisfied.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel as they really tried to make us satisfied. The room’ so huge with 2 bathrooms, indoor and outdoor with private pool, gazebo also available in the room. The breakfast’s good with lots of foods variety and we could choose to have our breakfast on bed or gazebo. For those price range, it gave a great value for money.

A big thank you to Neri, Lutfi, Putu, Boma, Chef Putu and all the staffs at The Shanti for an amazing, memorable experience... and the birthday surprise! We stayed four nights at the Abian pool suite. It was on the ground floor and very spacious. The villa arranged a private car to explore Bali. You can request for driver Gede...he’s got great driving skills, polite and speaks good English. We recommend The Shanti if you are looking for a quiet place to stay with personalised service of a 24-hour butler.

Absolutely fell in love with Shanti. Everyone here really made an effort making it feel like home. Will be back soon.
